With over 30 years' experience in the IT industry in a variety of sales, development and management roles, I bring a depth and breadth of expertise to my coaching. My journey has taken me from technical challenges to leadership positions where I discovered and utilised the power of systemic coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) for successful management.

My involvement with systemic coaching and NLP has transformed the way I work for over 20 years. These methods have helped me and my teams to communicate more effectively, lead better and ultimately be more successful.

As a systemic coach, I combine my cross-industry experience with systemic coaching and NLP to strengthen leaders and teams. My goal is to facilitate sustainable change that drives both individual development and organisational succ

My career in IT has given me a deep insight into both the technical and human aspects of the industry. From direct customer contact in sales to leading teams in management, I have recognised the importance of clear communication and strong leadership.
